HOA has a strict rule on the number of guests, with a maximum of 10 per stay per the bylaws at any time during the booking. Quiet hours strictly enforced: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM No pets. No parties. Strictly no smoking and/or vaping. No outdoor shoes inside the house.
